When I buy a Hot Tub or Swim Spa, what do I get?
We are package providers. Every Hot Tub or Swim Spa purchase includes manual delivery, a Cover (Lid), a Cover-Lifter System (excludes Round Spa's), a Chemical Starter Set, Steps and Training.
What do I do if I have a problem with my Hot Tub or Swim Spa?
With every new Hot Tub or Swim Spa you will recieve the manfacturers warranty. This includes parts and labour. Should you ever encounter an issue, simply inform us and we will honour the factory warranty.
Can I view the Hot Tubs on the website in person?
Yes you can. We aim to offer 6-10 of the most popular models on display in our Bristol showroom at all times. Please visit us for a full demo on each Hot Tub. Try before you buy can be offered by appointment in most cases.
Where do our Hot Tubs come from?
We are factory direct suppliers of Cal Spas Hot Tubs and Swim Pro Swim Spas. We custom order direct from the factory in Pamona, California which are then shipped from Long beach California to Southampton, UK.
How long will it take to receive my Hot Tub or Swim Spa?
If we can offer the Hot Tub in the spec you want in our UK stock system, then delivery can be as quick as 1 week. We hold around 6-10 Hot Tubs at the Shoowroom and another 30-50 (depending on the time of year) in the UK Warehouse in South Wales.
