Shipping & Returns
The Delivery charge will be charged at £7.95 and added to the total order at the checkout. Delivery is within England, Scotland & Wales.
From receipt of confirmed order, dispatch of chemicals & accessories will be approximately 48 hours for stock items, if for any reason we do not hold the item in stock our orders manager will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery time. All goods are fully insured whilst in transit.
Hot Tubs and Swim Spas are not applicable to these delivery terms.
Lakeside Spas reserve the right not to dispatch goods until payment has been made in full. Unfortunately we do not take orders for export outside of the UK at present.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be returned and immediately dispatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will arrange the return of the goods and issue you a full refund.
Should we inadvertently dispatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem, at no additional cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and we will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.
If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered. Please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. We will obviously need to charge carriage in this case. We will be happy to quote should this situation arise. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
For Distance (online & mail order) Selling:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. -There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods.
For Faulty Goods:
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.
